How to make homemade lemonade?

I have finally managed to get lemons from the local fields to make homemade lemonade! It’s not just our bouquets that are local, it’s also the recipe that we have created!

INGREDIENTS

Local lemon from the tree in the fields in Vilassar de Mar

For 4 glasses of lemonade

• 1L of cold water

• 2.5 lemons

• 1 lime

• 150ml of agave sirup

• Ice

RECIPE

Homemade lemonade with lemon, lime and agave syrup

• Boil 200ml of water with 200ml of agave syrup

• Pour the sirup in a jar

• Add the freshly squeezed lemons, lime and remaining water

• Leave in the fridge for 2h et voilà, enjoy from a glass with some ice!

Nota bene: You can also funk up the beverage by putting at the very end, mint, ginger or any seasonal fruits, it is absolutely yummy!
